Who doesn’t want to live a happy life? When you understand the Bagua, or feng shui energy map, of your home, feng shui will help you make positive changes in your life. Each area of your home, according to feng shui, is linked to a particular aspect of your life, such as your relationships, job, and health. You can start improving each area and attracting good feng shui energy once you’ve expounded your Bagua.
The Chinese terms “Feng” and “Shui” denote “wind” and “water” respectively. This idea was inspired by an ancient poem about human life being intertwined and flowing with the world. Feng shui is a Chinese philosophy that involves arranging objects in living spaces to achieve harmony with nature. The aim is to harness energy forces and create a balance between a person and their surroundings.
The entire motive of Feng Shui is to steer you closer to your flowing good luck. Yes, not everyone has the same luck. Some desire more fame, while others desire deeper relationships, and still, others desire to discover their true calling. Each of us has a specific life journey. To make sure we’re on the correct path, we must Feng Shui our surroundings to assist us. I’m completely enamored with Feng Shui. I will just tell you a few things you should be aware of.
HOW DOES FENG SHUI AND ENERGY WORKS IN YOUR HOME?
As per the Bagua Map, our surroundings are divided into parts. Each part reflects a different aspect of our lives, and there are specific colors, components, and energies that can be used to boost that energy. For instance, the color pink, which is common in the love and marriage part, will boost your romance.
The Bagua map (energetic configuration of your home) appears like this:
You will note in each part lies various facets of your life and under that are the energies that you can use to stabilize that facet of life. Your life would be joyful once everything is unimpeded. That really is one of my greatest passions to teach you how to configure the energies of your home setting to attract prosperity in all aspects of your life. I aim to simplify feng shui and provide you with valuable resources so that it can act for you.
To keep your life flowing, your home atmosphere must flow as well. A messy mind follows a messy home. Your life would most likely appear stagnant when your home has stagnant energy. Everything that happens in your home flows into your daily life.

Feng Shui is a personal practice that is unique to each individual. The knowledge of Feng Shui is vast and must be fully comprehended. I strongly advise finding a Feng Shui instructor, as I did. For the time being, I’ll share with you five of my favorite effective tips you can follow at home that are simple to implement and a wise move when initiating your Feng Shui journey.
In Feng Shui, your entrance symbolizes the way energy enters your home life. It’s vital to make this space welcoming, tidy, and attractive. To make guests feel cozy and welcomed, always light a candle. There should be enough space to store footwear, keys, and other belongings. Do all that you can to make this space feel inviting. You would like it to augment your happy feelings, not detract from them.
The feng shui energy in your kitchen is crucial to the overall feng shui of your entire home. This is also very crucial for your well-being because after all, the kitchen is a source of good nourishment! All of your kitchen countertops should be clean and tidy. The energy in your life, primarily your well-being and joy, is represented by smooth surfaces. If you need to place items on smooth surfaces such as countertops as well as islands, clean them up; you want them to be clean and dirt-free so the chi (energy) can flow freely.
If you would have to choose one room in your home to Feng Shui, it would undoubtedly be your bedroom. According to Feng Shui, the bedroom is the most significant space in your home. This is the room where you spend the most time and is the most private for you. Apart from that, you spend a lot of time sleeping in this room. As a result, you are in a more passive state while sleeping, and you’re more susceptible to all the energies in the room. Ascertain that your bed is in a commanding position. This indicates that you are facing the door, but not directly in line with it. Put your headboard against a solid wall, leaving space on the bed’s other three sides- left, right, and foot. Avoid putting your headboard against a toilet on the other side of the room. If at all possible, avoid sleeping under low beams, soffits, or inclined ceilings.
4. YOUR OFFICE SPACE
Make your office room appealing! Everything should be decluttered! Files, paperwork and other office stuff should be sorted. Beautify it in a stylish manner. Wherever you work, you want to feel energized and motivated, and that’s where your creativity should flow.
Firstly, declutter your wardrobe. Then, get rid of dresses that are old, don’t suit, or don’t look perfect on you. Everything must be well-kept and well-arranged. If it’s messed up, chances are your social life and fortitude are as well. A spick-and-span wardrobe equals total self-assurance!
I hope you found these suggestions useful and enjoyable. They will actually transform your life if you try them!
