All Natural Warm Vanilla Homemade Sugar Scrub

I am loving coming up with mindful living recipes these days. This homemade scrub smells delicious to eat, and was so easy and fun to make. All of the ingredients are what I normally keep right at home in my kitchen. My kitchen has been my go to for creativity during the 2020 pandemic. I love everything involving the home and creating the right vibe whether you are in a big beautiful home or in an apartment. It is all about the VIBE that is important to me and that I can help you create. This warm vanilla homemade sugar scrub smells delicious and feels incredibly soft and smooth on my skin. After making a batch I decided I wanted  to share it because I loved it so much. I then decided to make another batch and ordered some mason jars  on amazon and will give some away as gifts for the holiday season.

I started out with coconut oil, combined it with raw turbinado cane sugar. The sugar crystals are very large, which is ideal for a body scrub. The raw sugar has a lovely deep and warm scent that pairs wonderfully with vanilla extract. Fall spices, raw sugar, coconut oil and vanilla extract is all that is required to make this delicious scrub. The coarser the sugar the more exfoliating I found the scrub to be like rubbing a yummy delicious pumpkin pie all over you. To store my sugar scrub I use glass hinge top jars with lids and a wide mouth for easy access but closes air tight. This experiment took me less than an hour to make and now I have gorgeous gifts for the holiday season. To reflect the cinnamon fragragrance I added a wooden spoon , some cinnamon sticks and tied it to the jars that I feel added a beautiful touch and fueled my creativity at home.

A simple gorgeous scrub that brought me JOY to make and create these gorgeous gifts!
